Background

My main research interests are medical image analysis and building/improving ophthalmic diagnostic devices. I work on the EyeCon project, which uses deep learning and computational analysis of clinical, imaging and genetic data to detect subclinical keratoconus. Prior to this, I completed my masters in Neuroscience and bachelors in Ophthalmic Medical Technology, both at uOttawa. I also have a few years of clinical experience in general ophthalmology and anterior segment settings.
