Background
I studied Bioinformatics during undergraduate and now I am a MSc student majoring in Genetics of Human Disease at UCL. I mastered data handling skills like R Language, STATA and Python. I have lots of experience in performing statistical analysis. My research interest is in analyzing a database of rare disease patients, discovering plausible genetic variants for partially solved cases and attempt to find novel mutations for unsolved cases.
